Prof. Dr. Hasan Hüseyin Tatlıdil is a senior statistician and academic with more than 44 years of professional and academic experience. His expertise spans sampling, econometrics, multivariate statistical analysis, statistical modelling, nonparametric methods, socio-economic indicators, development statistics, financial risk analysis and impact assessment. He has combined advanced statistical theory with extensive applied experience in national and international development, public-policy and research assignments.

His academic and institutional leadership experience includes Head of the Department of Statistics at Hacettepe University, Chair of the Theoretical Statistics Section, Vice Rector and Acting Dean at Lefke University, Head of Research, Planning and Coordination at the Turkish Employment Organization, and Chair of the Employment Policy Committee for Türkiye’s Sixth Five-Year Development Plan.

Prof. Tatlıdil has an extensive publication record across multivariate statistics, econometrics, financial risk, banking, socio-economic development, labour markets, human development and statistical modelling. His work has appeared in international and national refereed journals, conference proceedings, academic books and research reports. He is also author/co-author of reference works on Multivariate Statistical Analysis, Nonparametric Statistical Methods and Public Opinion Research. His work on human development was referenced in the UNDP Human Development Report 1993.

Prof. Dr. Lütfiye Hilal Özcebe is a senior public health scholar with extensive academic and applied research experience in public health, epidemiology, behavioural sciences, child and adolescent health, school health, tobacco control and health promotion.
