| GENERAL DESCRIPTION | The satisfaction of the company staff and the passengers has been evaluated within the scope of this project. The passenger satisfaction has been converted into after flight satisfaction index by determining the flight destinations according to the seasonal, monthly, weekly, daily and hourly weights of flights based on the flight frequency on the flight map of the company. |
